CRIS is committed to protect your privacy, while delivering the software that brings you the convenience for lodging complaints & suggestions. This privacy statement governs your use of the CRIS Rail Madad Mobile App. It does not apply to other online or offline CRIS sites, services, or apps.
Collection and Use of Your Information
The CRIS Rail Madad app uses only users mobile number/ email Id and user name to register complaints after signup. The user can however skip the signup and proceed with OTP validation. Delete user facility is also given using which the user can delete his/her account after logging in first. Th delete user link is shown in modal panel after clicking on hamburger icon.
Security of Your Information
CRIS respects and protects the privacy of the individuals who use CRIS's services and is committed to helping protect the security of your information. The application is, however, not capturing any individually identifiable information about you.
How to delete your account
Please sign in first and then use the hamburger icon to select the delete account link. After that please further proceed to submit your request.
